If you're an End Customer making payments to, receiving refunds from, initiating a purchase or donation, or otherwise transacting with our customer, whether in-person or online, we receive your transaction data. We may also receive your transaction history with our customer. Additionally, we may collect information entered into a checkout form even if you opt not to complete the form or transact with the user customer.
Certain Users leverage our Services to offer financial services to you via us or our financial partners. For example, a user may issue a card product with which you can purchase goods and services. Such cards could carry the brand of Vivamo, the bank partner, and/or the user. In addition to any transaction data we may generate or receive when these cards are used for purchases, we also collect and utilize your personal information to provide and manage these products, including assisting our users in preventing misuse of the cards. In the event Vivamo goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred.

Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A entitle Nevada users to certain opt-out rights. While you can always contact us with any questions, please know we do not currently sell data trigging that statute’s opt-out requirements.
13. Children Under The Age Of 13
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act protects the online privacy of children under 13 years of age. California residents under 16 years of age may have additional rights regarding their information. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Service or through any of its features or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
